![]() I also really would like to see far less depedence on add-ons paid or otherwise. It is the following a tutorial problem that in the past has got in the way of me doing this to date. The Blender workflows I can understand, rather I find how the interface obfuscates a frustration. I am talking here about shortcuts and layout. One thing I have concluded is that if I try again I will put effort into customisation for me. If you want to switch learn and use its ways. If you want it to behave like Modo surely using Modo is the better option. In the end I paid to upgrade to Modo 14.2.Ī big part of this thread seems to be about making Blender behave like Modo. I acknowledge that 2.8 was a real step in the right direction so certainly want to keep an eye on how things develop. ![]() I did not manage it, but have not abandoned all hope I might one day try again. ![]() I spent a good chuck of this year trying to be a Modo 801 user switching to Blender 2.8 (well 2.9 now).
